Patricia D. Eberhard Altenburger
Patricia D. Eberhard Altenburger died at 7:40 p. m.at Richland Manor Nursing Home Bellefontaine, OH She was born Jan. 31, 1929 in Allen County, to Cora Goldsmith.
On 16 Oct, 1967 she married Dick Altenburger who survives in Russell Point, OH. Mrs. Altenburger was a graduate of the Lima School of Nursing. She was an in service director of a medical facility in East Tawnas, MI. and a registered nurse at Logan Acres and Heartland Nursing Homes. She was a member of the Church of God, Russell's Point, OH and Lima Visiting Nurses.
Survivors include a son; M. David (Angie) Higbie of Anchorage, Alaska; three daughters Debra K (George) Tayloe of Jackson, TN, Kathy Lee (Randolph) Dyer of Ada, OH and Cathleen Altenburger(Gary) Suever of Delphos, OH; and 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Monday a Lewis Chapel of Chilies & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes. The Rev. Paul Osborne will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Westminster, OH Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p. m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions maybe made to the ALS (Lou Gehrig Disease) Foundation.
