Ethel M. Binkley
Ethel M. Binkley, 87, of 401 W. Wayne died at 5:30 this morning in St. Rita's Hospital after an extended illness. Born May 10, 1888, in Hazel Dell, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Mary Applegate Grove.
The housewife is survived by three daughters, Mary Griffiths of 401 W. Wayne, Mrs. Lois McGuire of Lakeview and Mrs. Max (Dorothy) Briem of 636 Meadowbrook; a son, H.G. Boate of 731 W. North; five grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp-Murphy Funeral Home, Rev. Edgar Drummel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
