Charles C. Crossley
Charles C. Crossley, 73, of 1107 E. North St., died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday in his home following an illness of one year.
Mr. Crossley was born June 17, 1875, in Rawson and had resided in Lima for 35 years. He formerly was the proprietor of Metheany's parking lot.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth, Van Wert, and William, Ft. Wayne, Ind; four daughters, Mrs. Alwida Weldy, with whome he resided, Mrs. Lucille Hites, Route 3, Mrs. Jaunita Seaman, Lima House hotel, and Mrs. Elizabeth Crosser, St. Marys, W. VA.; 20 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
The body will be removed to the residence, 1107 E. North St. Monday, afternoon by the Chiles and Son funeral home and returned Tuesday at noon.
Services will be at 2 pm Tuesday in the Chiles and Son chapel with the Rev. Cloyd Crocker officiating. Burial will be in the Flick cemetery, Rawson.
