Geraldine Fess
Geraldine Fess, 85, died at 11:20 a.m. March 27, 1995, in Shawnee Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 15, 1910, in Lima to Otho and Goldie Cheney Harruff. On May 19, 1947, she married Paul L. Fess, who survives in Lima.
Mrs. Fess was a homemaker and a member of Hume United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean Johnson and Joan Aguilar, both of Pensacola, Fla.; two sisters, Lucille Makin of Lima and Marcella Erickson of Middlebury; eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The Rev. Carl Miller iwll officiate. Burial will be in St. Matthew Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hume United Methodist Church.
