Ida May Fess
Ida May Fess, 86, died at 11:20 a.m. Monday in Indian Lake Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness.
She was born Jan. 30, 1892, in Van Wert County, the daughter of Simon Bodem and Catherine Jane Leiter Starkey. She married Harley E. Fess who died July 2, 1975.
Mrs. Fess was a member of South Side Christian Church.
Survivors include one son, Dale J. Fess of 250 Cool Road; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Hiram (Cecil) Geiger of Pandora.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lewis Memorial Chapel of Chiles and Sons-Laman Funeral Home, Dr. Nathan S. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
Friends may call any time today at the funeral home.
