Charles L. Joseph
Charles L. Joseph, 72, died at 3:45 p. m. Tuesday at Bluffton Community Hospital. He was born 14 April, 1911 in Lima, the son of Walter and Sylvia Rockhill Joseph. In 1931 he married Ruby Steele, who died Aug. 10, 1965. Mr. Joseph was a heavy equipment operator. Survivors include three daughters; Sandra Sue Joseph at home, Mrs. Don (Patricia) Schmidt of Bluffton, and Mrs. James Watts of Logan; two sons Charles J. Joseph of Rockdale, Texas and Lester J. Joseph of Napoleon; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Ed (Louella) Maag of Columbus Grove and Lila Lentz of Lima. Services will be at 10:30 a. m. Saturday at Paul Diller and Son Chapel, Bluffton. Rev. Stephen Renfro officiating . Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Bluffton. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7.00 p. m. Tuesday, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m, Friday and until time of service Saturday.
