Ethel Lee Jones



Ethel Lee Jones, 51, of Flint, Mich. died at 1:30 this morning in Lima Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 1, 1924, in Belzoni, Miss., the daughter of willie P. Rounds of Memphis, Tenn., and Alberta Green Savannah of Hollendale, Miss.

Mrs. Jones, a housewife and social service worker, was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church of Flint, Mich.

She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Berta Mae) Ward, Lynn, Doris and Trebie Jones, all of Flint, Mich., Mrs. James (Lula) Estelle of 111 E. 6th, Ethel Mae Jones of 442 E. McKibben and Mrs. James (Beatrice) Johnson of 329 E. 2nd; seven sons, Booker T. Jones of 329 E. 4th, Calvin Jones of 442 E. McKibben, Adam W. Jones of Columbus, Alfred, Melvin and Gale Jones, all of Flint, Mich., and Robert Jones of 406 S. McDonel; a sister, Mrs. Fannie Custom of Milwaukee, Wis.; two stepsisters, Annie L. Belle Rounds, both of Memphis, Tenn.; a brother, Danny Savannah of Hollendale, Miss.; two ste-brothers, Robert T. and J. T. Rounds, both of Memphis, Tenn.; a grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Green of Milwaukee, Wis.; stepfather Adam Custom of Milwaukee, Wis., 32 grandchildren; and seven grat-grandchildren. [sic]

Funeral services are incomplete at Jones Brothers Mortuary.
