Walter M. Joseph



Walter M. Joseph 62, 536 E. Franklin St. died at 11.05 p.m. Monday in his home.

He had been ill eight weeks.

Born 22 August 1899 in Allen County. Mr. Joseph was a night watchman for Lima Electric Motor Co. Findlay Road.

Surviving are two sons; Charles L., Bluffton, and Merle E., at home,; two daughters, Mrs. Edwin Maag , Columbus Grove, and Mrs. Edwin Lentz, 306 E. Conners Ave.; his mother Mrs. Lydia Joseph, also of 534 Franklin St.; four brothers, Cloyd, Lafayette, Harry , Route 5, Earl, 634 Catnips Ave., and Ralph, Route 5,; three sisters, Mrs. Charles M. Cook, Rimer, Mrs. O.K. Stration, 1006 N. West St., and Mrs. Voyt Lackey, Cario; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be held in the Sugar Creek Church of the Brethren, of which he was a member, at 2:00p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Willard Thomas and Rev. Samuel Keller will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Lick Cemetery. The body will remain in Chiles and Sons Funeral Home until time of the services.
