Mary Ellen Mason
Mary Ellen Mason, 67, died at 7:15 p.m. March 26, 1995, at her residence.
She was born April 9, 1927, in Pineville, Ky., to Fred and Bessie Hoskins Baker. On April 1, 1942, she married Bodie L. Mason, who survives.
Mrs. Mason was a homemaker.
She was a member of Lima Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons,Russell (Marsha) Mason, Phillip (Barb) Mason and Arnold (Joyce) Mason, all of Lima, and Wayne (Beverly) Mason of Columbus Grove; two daughters, Minerva (Jerry) McGregor and Bess (Richard) Jordan, both of Lima; two brothers, Larry Baker of Kentucky and Willis Baker of Toledo; two sisters, Louise Miracle and Ivalee Fuson, both of Kentucky; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Willard, Fred and Eugene Baker; a sister, Lorraine Baker; and two grandsons.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lima Missionary Baptist Church. The Revs. Terry Brock and Denny Hunter will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, near Uniopolis.
Friends may call until 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Siferd Westwood Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands or St. Rita's Hospice.
