Clarence G. Rockhill



Clarence G. Rockhill 90, died Wednesday afternoon in the Henry County Hospital. He was born Dec. 22. 1892 in Rockport, the son of Lambert and Alice Auchmuety Rockhill.

He married the former Vera Yant, who died in 1972.

Mr. Rockhill was a retired employee of the Napoleon Water and Light Plant. He was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge Free and Accepted Masons 256, Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 232, American Legion, and Senior Citizens, all in Napoleon, and a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include a son Ralph Rockhill, of Allen Park, MI.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a half brother. Donald Rockhill, of Lafayette.

Services will be at 1:00 p. m. Friday at Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Rev. Glenn Crabtree officiating. Burial will be in Osborn Cemetery near Columbus Grove.

Friends may call until 9 tonight at the funeral home, where Masonic memorial services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
