Helen Louise Shepherd
Helen Louise Shepherd, 80, Lima, died at 1:20 a.m. April 27, 1997 at Richland Manor.
She was born Nov. 16, 1916 in Lima to Harold McMullen and Alice Mitchell.
On Nov. 21, 1938, she married Delmar Shepherd, who is deceased.
Mrs. Shepherd was an inspector for Galion Aamco and a member of West Elm United Church of Christ.
Survivors include three sons; Jerry (Elva) Shepherd and Donnie (Susan) Shepherd, both of Lima, and Michael (Bonnie) Shepherd, of New Milford, Conn.; two brothers, Russell McMullen of Fort Myers, Fla. and Jack McMullen, of Ashland; three sisters, Dorothy Conley of Lima, Ruth Bartlett of Madison, Wis., and Jean Long of Clearwater, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Carmichael, and a brother, Sterling McMullen.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Siferd Westwood Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Activity Fund at Richland Manor.
