Mary Lou Shepherd
Mary Lou Shepherd, 70, Rt. 2, died at her home at 6:45 p. m. Wednesday, after being ill with a heart condition for one year. She was born Oct. 20., 1888 in Mercer County. She was married Oct. 1, 1911 to Charles Shepherd.
Surviving in addition to her husband are four sons; Roy A. Brock. of 152 Grove, Beven of 408 E. High, Leonard of Rt. 2, Lafayette, and Eugene of 408½ High; one daughter Mrs. Goldie Camper of 168 Pine S. Pine St.; 28 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; one brother Raymond Herron of Celina.
Two daughters, Hazel Shepherd and (Mary) Gladys Lewis preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Bayliff and Sons Funeral Home in Cridersville at 2:00 p.m Sunday with Rev. Peckham officiating . Burial will be in Ellis Cemtery , south of Monterzuma.
